Michael and Chelsea Culley embody the entrepreneurial spirit, a trait that has clearly been passed down to their children. From a young age, the kids have engaged various ventures, from mowing lawns to successfully running farm and lemonade stands right in their front yard, selling everything from slime to baked goods.

 

Officially collaborating as a family since 2020, their hands-on experience spans a diverse range of projects and repairs dating back to 2006. Guided by the motto, “We won’t buy it if we can build it,” Chelsea frequently presents her innovative ideas to Michael, and together, they transform those visions into reality. Inspired by shows like Fixer Upper, they share a passion for creativity, teamwork, and humor, reminiscent of Chip and Joanna’s own journey.

Michael and Chelsea have always envisioned providing their children with ample land to play on and eventually call their own. Currently, they are realizing this dream by building their home from the ground up, an experience that has been profoundly rewarding for the entire family. With almost two decades of experience, Michael thrives on tackling various challenges, whether it’s completing honey-do lists, constructing things, or managing projects of all sizes. A true Jack-of-All-Trades, he meticulously checks his work not just twice, but a hundred times.
